Look Ma, no PODS ! ( HOW TO REMOVE THE PODS )

HOW TO GET RID OF THOSE UNSIGHTLY PODS !

    1. "FLOAT" your Color Picker
(right click - "tear off edge")
    2. Use keyboard shortcut to toggle picker on/off once or twice
(Control-Alt-Right arrow) to make sure it works.
    3. Enter "CLEAR CANVAS MODE" (press Enter)
    4. Toggle Color Picker on/off once or twice again (Control-Alt-Right arrow)
    5. The Color Picker appears/disappears - without the PODS !

The same thing applies to the Tool Picker. ( Control-Alt-Left Arrow )

    ANOTHER SWEET INTERFACE VERSION...
Try pressing and "holding" the keyboard shortcut for a moment.
    ( Control-Alt-Right Arrow or Control-Alt-Left Arrow ). You'll be pleasantly surprised !

Use the "FLOATING" Menu Bar, or keyboard shortcuts to toggle the various Panels on/off.

    Thumbs up Great Tip!

Thanks! I had no idea you could toggle color picker or tools like that.

    Good Call Jimi,
I'm sure there going to be a lot of people here who're going to be happy to use this method to make everything go away & bring only certain things back

Love the idea, but I don't get a toggle with ctrl/alt/rght arrow. Not action?

byron, maybe you've reassigned your keys too something else?

hmmm. Apparently so. Reset defaults and it works. Now I just have to make single key toggles for the pickers and this will make a nice workaround.
    Cool call.

Thanks Jim. It all works perfectly except I had to set a new keyboard shortcut for the menu bar as the default control/alt up arrow would not work. I had never *unglued* the pickers and panels before. What a monumental job has been done for this AR version.
