    re-size stencils

    Hi
I have posted this by mistake in the hints & tips forum.

How do you now resize stencils, with 2.5 you clicked the magnifing glass, there is not one in 3!, or is there I cannot find it.

    Thanks in advance
    Paul

Rotate with CTRL + right drag, resize with ALT + right drag, change proportions with CTRL + ALT + left drag (this is strange, i expected right drag).

    Hi Alien,

Another way is to use the new Transform Tool. Just select the tool from the tool panel and then click on the Stencil. You can then scale or stretch the stencil by dragging on the various knobs around the transformation square or rotate the stencil by dragging the cursor around the lines of the transformation square (you'll see a little ring with an arrow when you're in an area that allows for rotation, as circled in the attached image).

For me the shortcuts are as follows:

Rotate: Ctrl + Left click and drag

Scaling: Alt + Left click and drag

Stretching: Ctrl + Shift + Left click and drag
