    playing with watercolor

finally getting around to playing more with watercolor.
a place to post watercolors if you like here.

here I made some dots of watercolor around the canvas and then used the just water preset to add water to them.

this one also just watercolor... used a new preset all the way... only varied the brush size. You can see the preset I used.

    So cool, GZ,

    The first painting...
When I sat back from the computer,
I realized the white portions formed the flower.
Until then, I saw the colours as an interesting abstract.

Either way, it works very nicely!

A Swim in the Gloop Sea

    Hey GZ,

This was done entirely with the gloop tool, sizes from 200 to 500,
top layer at 89% opacity, blend mode Linear Light.

If this is not considered a watercolour tool,
let me know and I will remove the painting
    from this thread, okay?
    I was definitely playing, though!

GZ, I like your color palette and also the both watercolors.

I saw the settings, I think that probably is not a slow brush with that configuration, what I could observe from my experiments is that in function of the settings the brush go faster or slowly.
You did a careful work .

    Thanks, Dany,

Do you think GZ has abandoned his thread?

    Thank you so much Dany.
Hinket, love that watercolor you did with gloop tool. It's awesome. Any watercolor effect is welcome. Just mention what other tools you used besides watercolor if you did. I must admit I did abandon for awhile. I did not see the responses.
