A question :Portrait photo to oil paint using sticker spray

I would appreciate some clues about the best sticker spray brushes to work on portrait photography.Until now I failed miserably, because what I got is blurred and distorted. What I am looking for is something around classical oil.
Most probably is necessary to create specific brushhes for that, but my present skills are very poor for doing that.

    Thank you

I always retouch my portraits, just to eliminate imperfections, color casts or soften the skin.
