    50 GIRLS 50 Contest Entry

    Hi all,

It's been a while since I last posted on the Artrage forums.

Frank Cho and Dough Murray had their "50 Girls 50" comics contest in October, where they were looking for an artist for a new comics series. Among other tools I used ArtRage in the making of my entry.
Because I didn't have much time to do the pages, I modelled the mothership and other miscellaneous objects in Modo, using Frank Cho's design as a reference, then I used these to speed up the sketching process. The sketches were made in ArtRage, on an HP TC4200 tablet pc. I used many layers and layer groups for each penciling (The average size of a .ptg file is about 100-150 MBs).
I inked the pencilings in Mangastudio.

    Extremely well done ! Congratulations.
Just say: "Rage It", because we already know it's art.

I'd say you definitely have a future as a comic artist.
