Question How do I 'dry brush' ?

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I 'dry brush'? i.e. I want to blend paint that already exists on the canvas, using a brush that has no paint on it.

I've seen people on this forum mention dry brushing but embarresingly, I don't know how they're doing it.

Dry brush is accomplished by laying down paint with the oil brush or the paint tube and then going over it with the oil brush set to medium pressure and zero loading. Insta dry off. Auto clean on.

Other than that you can also use the palette knives to blend.
