    First Image

    First image I've kept anyway. This is how I remember a young woman who served me tamales northwest of Austin. She describe how she and her mother made them from pork, spices and masa dough.

    That's a great portrait.
    I'm amazed at people that can do portrait's so well, because it's something that just confounds me.

    What a tamale. (Sorry, I went through a time when I was trying to master the cooking technique and I fixated on the food momentarily).
