Display your very first Artrage painting.....

I have often thought it would be fun to see the first efforts of people using Artrage, particularly all the awesome Artists who we all marvel at on a daily basis. Seeing first efforts could inspire newcomers, and provide some grins as well.
I will go first......you could post a recent work for a comparison if you want.

Kind of Picasso-esque, with a bad hangover, couldn't draw with a mouse to save my life ( still can't- I love my Wacom!). After a couple months, I did the other painting.

I tried ArtRage for the first time a little more then a year ago. Some of the images I'm posting were done with the Starter Edition, while others were done with AR 2.5 (I bought the full program after about a week of testing the starter version).

According to the dates in my ArtRage image folder, the following image (on the left) is the very first image I made and saved with ArtRage (October 15, 2008). It's an apple study, which I often do when I'm working in new tools. The image on the right of it, is another apple study I did using only ArtRage about five months later.

Below are a few more images I created within the first few weeks of using ArtRage. I've provided links to images in my gallery next to each image, as current examples of my work to contrast them.

Thank you Rob in Denver, but I'm not sure that i had so much control. I remember I use lots of layers and eraser, and took me a while to finish it.

And I'm not so sure that is important how we began but it is how much we evolved... so your work is good as well
