    Lake - getting closer

Cropped progress. It has been a long time between posts but I do have a project ... just not as much time as I'd like to work on it.

Hi Bob, it's nice to see your painting again. This is very beautiful already. The composition and the lighting. Looking forward to see the final. Take your time.

Yes it is good to see you making some time to paint Robert. Looks great so far. I have been away myself for awhile. I have not been able to do much work... too many places to keep up with. Good to see you dabbling again monsieur.

I agree too, glad to see your work again, I waite to see the finished one too.
I can see that this is your style, a little bit like pointillisme I guess.

    Hi Robert,
Ahhhhh, this scene reminds me of summer, fresh, alive and drenched
with sun and warm breezes. I will anticipate it's completion.

I wonder if there is going to be a lake or a field under the trees. I grew up with lots of trees in Western Mass. I now live on an arid desert. mj

    Love it, Robert!

I was about to post a private message to you asking why you no longer put up any artwork for our viewing. I remember when I first logged on to the forums (and first got AR), I always looked to see what you had available. Your barn series especially got me going in terms of trying to figure out the program.

Very glad to see more of your work!
