Can you send a support query to 'email@example.com' with the following details: what version of ArtRage you're using (v2.11? v2.05?) wether it's the Full or Free version, what operating system (MacOSX or Windows XP), and whether it is occuring when you're using a graphics tablet, or a mouse for painting?
Do all the palettes disappear at once? Is there a message 'Right Click to show panels' at the top of the window?
Finally, do you know if you have any 'click helpers' or 'pen commander' type applications running in the background?
We should be able to work out what's going on with the above details.
