Just out of interest - how did you sample the colors, were they scanned in from comercial printed material?

I'm sorry if i'm being a ditz by overlooking something but I can't for the life of me get this .col file to work in my colors folder, or anywhere else in ArtRage. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I haven't had trouble with any other files I've added (stencils, etc.) to their respective folders.


Please fill me in on your secret, I love the colors in this file, I would really like to be able to use it. When I download it, the little file icon stays white, doesn't turn the dark color that the rest of the files in my colors folder are. (hee hee! i get a kick of out these smiley guys, sorry. lol)

I am not certain,
but try selecting tools from the top menu,
then select show color samples panel
then click on the little down arrow,
select load colours
select the file that you would like to use,
(note the color sampler is a bar menu, it is not the color picker in the bottom right of the screen)
