    Motion in Black

Quick study of a man in motion. Not much detail but sometimes you don't want it. Just the form, the motion is what you want to try and capture.

I love this one very much. Your brush strokes are so smooth and fluid. Can I describe like that. I can feel the motion with it. Excellent painting.

There is an acrobatic, experimental dance troupe called Pilobolus that I saw a couple years ago. Here's a link. Probably different dancers from the ones I saw perform. But here's a link to their site:http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/p...symbiosis.html

Your painting really reminds me of them. Very inspirational, the way you have presented this image.

    I think it's a perfect painting.

    chase,
OMG! This is raving excellent and as D Akey so notably stated,
inspirational! The textured form exemplifies motion, power and
    dedication. Striking painting!
