    Graphic Tablets and Pressure Sensitivity

Hi I'm new to the Art Rage Forum and I have a question (or two) that I have been itching to ask! I hope this is the right place.

Currently, I use a Wacom Graphire Bluetooth tablet with 512 levels of pressure sensitivity. I'm still learning to use it and I've been playing around with different software and it works great.

I am aware that Wacom's Intuos tablet lines (as well as UC-Logic, Aiptek, Tooya, Adesso, and Genius tablets) have 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity.

    1) Am I limiting myself working with less pressure sensitivity?

    2) Has anyone worked with both a 512 level tablet and a 1024 level tablet?

    3) Would it be worth it to upgrade in the future?

    4) Are there any other companies that make 1024 Level tablets?

    Loaded question......

My opinion: Pressure sensitivity does matter; get a Wacom Intuos if you can afford it.

Thanks! I wondered if someone already asked about this.
