    Hi Rick,

How interesting to see that you work in such minute finished detail from one point onward...
I had imagined that everyone worked from an overall general roughness toward refinement - like a process of evolution.
But you seem to have a different method and your WIP shows a pin-hole camera view that gradually widens its lens to include the other objects.

Its most interesting, did you always work this way?

I think Rowena has summed it up, but what a fantastic start it is. Can't wait to see...... further down.

And from small beginnings great things grow! (Tomatoes and jar? I think I see some garlic creeping in there. )

I can already visualize this one, except for whatever background surprise you have in the offing.

    Dang you´re good!

    Thank you all..
Yes Rowena, most of the time, that is the way I work.. I like to pick an element and get that particular element as close to done as I can.. Then it's off to another.. Might be adjoining, or not.. In the end, I'll do my final shading and shadowing.. Kind of like people who eat their peas first, then their mashed potatoes, and then on to the meat.. Fortunately, I don't eat like I paint.. Thanks again..

I can see this is going to be a dazzler. Great start.

    Another beauty on the way.
