    The Plot Update...

Erased the background,(carefully to get sharper edges),Put similar, slightly darker background in that has a paper texture on it...also used paper texture on the floor as this is going to be stone slabs,(as they frequently used in those days,in public houses), I am doing this now because once I go to PNG ,I want to stay in it for the duration, until converting to Jpeg for posting,I am using size 1024 pixel width at the moment, but will increase to 2000 pixel for more detailed stuff, I dont think I will go sharper than that on this one as it will take toooooo0 much time and I want to get on with my next one already...so this wont be W.I.P very long......Jack.

Fantastic! I'm going for the sea captain on the left, informer on the right and hardman in the middle. Stunning mixed media!

Shady characters, to be sure, Jack-o. . . in every sense of the word. . .

Seem like shades or ghosts to me, matee.

Methinks they´re up to no good.

However, your painting is very good. I always enjoy getting a look at how you set things up!

I've never known you to approach something so patiently. I'm going through that also with my latest. It doesn't come naturally for me but I'm determined to keep the bit in my mouth ... so to speak ... and take it slow.
