I'm experimenting with adding more details to my cartoon characters, and in that process I've envisioned a few additional characters. Here's one I'm drawing now.
He's a dwarf guardian named Thargalin. A poor but jovial guy, determined to help out those in need, even if they don't want it.
Drawn and coloured with the pencil, and then I've been adding details to the colouring with the airbrush.
I like the character, but he gets lost in the background to those of us with bad vision (even wearing glasses).
True. Anyway, that background is only temporary. I find it easier to see if I colour outside the lines with a darker background than pure white.
