I have always wondered what a ship captain might sup apart from the

    hociemocie,
This is sooooooo adorable ... have never looked upon fruit as being
romantically inclined but I can see why now ... for who could resist
these two juiced up with love sweethearts. If I were a fruit ... I
would want to be that lucky Strawberry who has obviously found her
favorite "squeeze!" What a smile inducing, light hearted piece and the
"attitude" here is ... love is everywhere ... even in the produce section!

Alexandra, I'm with you. I started off thinking he was funny and then I could see his sinister side. In fact I'm now so worried I've asked the moderators to remove him (but dont tell the him please!!)
I'm just as worried about the dark and depraved mind that could bring him to life... and thats really scary ha ha. a joke of course. I love him (sh he's listening)
I live in a tecno world. A world of precision, accuracy and finites.
Art is the opposite of that for me. I dont expect to be good and that is not my aim. I want to enjoy it and let my inner artist define its own art... here's hoping, where do I begin.....

    Alexandra,
Ahhhhhhhh ... I promise not to consider chomping on this most gregarious
carrot. He is absolutely irresistible ... just love that spunky gleam in his
eye ... must be due to all of that carotene that is pumping through his
veins ... a definite indicator of a fun filled fellow who's personality also
seems "rooted" in having a flair for dapper clothes. Fantastic artistry here.
Who knew that a carrot could look soooooo appetizingly (pardon!) lovable!
What fun and pass the vinaigrette dressing paleeeze! (Did I just say that?)

    StephenFoster,
Tsk! No one cares for a tattle tale and you needed not bother our busy
administrators but ... nowwwwww that you mention it ... did you think
of asking them to possibly consider redirecting Mr. Carrot Top to the
"After Nine"section? Can't help but now wonder why his hands are in his
pockets and that odd look on his face? hummmmmmmm! THAT'S IT!!!
    Report this pervert IMMEDIATELY!!!

    Mr. Carrot Poem

OOOOO you two are perceptive indeed. When I first drew him, I was in the yard by my shady trees in another fairy tale mood....and then Mr. Carrot appeared. Also I wrote a poem to go with him, and my daughter told me it was too scary. I will write it anyway since we all are getting into the Halloween thing now. If you choose to remove him, it would not hurt my feelings, as I feel like you.....he is a little on the creepy darkish side.
    Here 'tis:
Heed my warning and prevent great mourning.
Don't nibble on my head, or you will wind up in bed.
With dreams of tomorrows that will never be,
And wake in years gone by with wrinkles and tears in your eye
For the yesterday's lost-this is my cost!
