My dear Italian poet, all God's children's got cleavage -- Just a matter of profession how much is showing.
For example with plumbers* . . . definitely before nine cleavage.
(* In the United States, in order to be certified, plumbers and certain poets demonstrate requisite skill in wearing their pantaloons low. Thus the term 'plumber's cleavage'. Most poets are given no such credit, presumably because they have a laughably weak union.)
