I still don't know what this WIP painting will be.
A palmbeach or just a desert with some palms.
And there is something missing behind all.
I even think about removing the water. :?

The water doesn't seem right to my eye ... too wavy and doesn't appear to be laying flat. I love the rest of it though. :)

Thank you! Yes, I doesn't like the water too. Maybe I really should remove it... or I should give it a try and flatten everything first.

Cool! Thatīs much better! Itīs more homogeneous. The water really wasnīt correct (perspective) and its color seemed a bit "out of the pallette", if you know what I mean...

Now itīs wonderful :-)

That'll learn 'em for taking so long to get to the oasis. All the water dried up!
I liked both versions. It's a very rich style you have.

Well, at least grab some dates before that tree turns into a rock. . .

Survival in the desert is difficult. One must move quickly.

I love these pics. Very imaginative.

Thank you all! :)

Yes, I like it more as it is now. First one looked a bit "strange". *g*
I like it a lot that you can have many different layers in the program,
makes it so much easier to put new things in it or for removing something.
The water alone was on such a layer.

@ Selby, yes, thanks, could be some kind of surrealism. :D

Honestly, I like the water. It's very Van Gogh.
