Artrage Vitae - on Mackbook which died. How to install it on Windows laptop

Hello all,
I had purchased Artrage Vitae for desktop from Apple Store and had installed on my old Mackbook Pro mid 2105 model which went dead a few days back. Now I am purchasing a new Windows laptop. How do I install Artrage Vitae on this? I had bought the earlier one from Apple Store. For Windows it is from Microsoft Store. How do I install and activate it? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Apps bought from either the Apple or Microsoft stores are non transferable to the other’s operating system.
So unfortunately you will have to buy ArtRage Vitae again from the Microsoft Store to have it on your new Windows machine.
Once purchased and installed ARV dose not need to be subsequently “registered” or “activated” before using, it will just work.

Oh! That is most unfortunate :(
How could Ambient Design do this? I feel it is quite unfair.
I am forced to put up with this. Lol.
