An interesting bug discovered. I had installed custom brush pack, then I deleted the brushes from that arpack and the original folder also. So there is no more files from that arpack anymore - only brushes created based on top of that brushes and they have a different names. If I try to install that arpack again I get this:
This package file has already been installed. If files from it have been lost or deleted choose Repair to replace them, or Cancel to stop installation.
So I chosen to repair and nothing changed - the arpack still not installed. I checked tools presets folder and custom brush folder also.
As it turden out I had to chose show installed packages and uninstall them before I could install them again. This way it works.
p.s. they clearly overdid it
