How to pick the same color?

When I pick a color from canvas and then apply a brush stroke it's allways lighter than source color. It seems that canvas lightning make some shift when the color is picking. So how to pick it exactly the same color?

In the Colour Sampler tool’s Settings make sure the ‘With Lighting’ option is deselected.
If you are not using the Colour Sampler tool directly, but instead using the alt+left click shortcut method to sample colours quickly, this shortcut will still be using whatever settings are currently in place for the actual Sampler tool.
