Arts student's struggles with writing

My question may seem a little bit off-topic, but I didn't place it deliberately, so please, sorry. I'm in my first year in college and I prefer to spend all my time in ArtRage and it's obvious. Unfortunately, I have some other disciplines to study, and professors assign me too difficult writing tasks sometimes. I have an average talent for writing and no one for editing (https://www.essayedge.com/blog/complete-personal-statement-guide/). If there is someone who shares the same peculiarity, please tell me how do you deal with these challenges? Are there any fast and easy solutions, or should I obtain proofreading skills by myself?:D

There is no substitute for personal improvement. Taking the easy way out to avoid the work required to better yourself, not only erodes your self-esteem because you know you have taken a short cut, is eats at you because you know that the greatest victim is you. Your professors, your parents, everyone else, are of no consequence and should not enter your mind when contemplating your studies and why you have chosen to take them up... the paramount consideration is you and the you could become. Choose that vision of you and own the effort to attain it.

You only cheat yourself whenever you take the easy path to avoid self-betterment.

Watch less TV, play less video games, party less, and if necessary sleep less, but study more and paint more, if you can.

I recommend RoughDraft 3.0 and WordWeb first as simple, quick and most useful.

I used Writer's Workbench some time ago. It has a bit of a learning curve but the results were rewarding. I plan on upgrading my Word version...

I did recommend you RoughDraft 3.0 because is lite , open easily, is no commercial,
was done by a novel writer, probably for himself in the begining.

muhezixif, you can have a fast soft as RD3 but this is all,
even if you have some skills you have to work a lot to be at the level that your professors ask you to perform.

The copy paste is not a real good solution and I wouldn't advise.
On the contrary, as you are student it would be useful for you to have some references .
free books or books to borrow, one place to find them is Internet Archive,
you can read on line or download a lot of books and try to read them all.

I hope you will remember you ask some advise and I hope it will be useful for you or any other students .

I think it's easy to overcome this hurdle. Other people have given satisfactory answers to this question. Practice is the only key to overcoming this hurdle. You might feel difficulty in the beginning, but you'll overcome this hopefully.
