How to adjust panels ?

How to adjust panels ? It seems difficult to do.

Most, but not all, floating panels in AR6 and ARV can be adjusted vertically by grabbing hold of the adjustment bar at the bottom of the panel and dragging it Down or Up.
In general panels can not be adjusted horizontally, but some panels do allow you to choose to have them display in ‘Narrow Mode’.
If available, this option can be found in a panels sub-menu by clicking the menu icon in the top right corner of the panel.

Not to worry:) Can you give some more info as to exactly what you are wanting to do with the panel?
Is it one panel in particular or all panels in general?
Are you using AR in Classic Mode or Docked Mode?

Yes you're right, I would like to adjust several panels vertically but it didn't work. :(
