Thanks for the screenshots:)
Well, I’m afraid I’m not sure what has happened there:confused: I have never seen that happen before!
My only thought is maybe, and this is a long shot perhaps, that you have some form of OS screen scaling active which ARVitae doesn’t like:confused::confused:
Dose it persist after a system restart?
ARV’s UI layout is stored in a file called ArtRage7.prs. After closing ARV, if that file is removed, the next time the app is launched a new default one will be automatically generated. It’s possible this may fix the issue but I can’t be certain.
If you want to experiment and are confident about poking around inside your system:
Open ARV, go to; Tools > Brows Content Folders > Root Content Folder…
Now on Mac’s, in the Finder window that opens, the ArtRage7.prs file is 1 level up from the folder that just opened. (Whether that location is similar on Windows I’m afraid I can’t say).
Note the location of the ArtRage7.prs file and close ARV.
Now remove the ArtRage7.prs file.
Restart ARV.
Otherwise if no other, more helpful advice, is posted here I would recommend contacting Ambient Design regarding the issue;
