I've been using the latest ArtRage 6 on Windows 10 and suddenly it will not open. I tried to re-download from the member area and chose "repair", but that doesn't fix it. Is it safe to do an "uninstall" then "reinstall"? What would you do?

I would try a fresh install on top of the old install without uninstalling the previous one. You can also delete. Brushes, stencils, canvases, and other proprietary materials will not be removed. True, the system may ask when deleting: whether to delete these same materials. You must choose not to delete.
