Allow you to tap and drag tool size to more than 100% without shift

Hi! MS surface doesn't let you program their stylus to shift, so the only way I can change the pen size over 100 is to tap, type in a number and enter. I don't paint with my keyboard so the hotkey doesn't help. This makes it so cumbersome! Please make it so we can drag to higher than 100% on the tool size without needing a hotkey!

I often prime my canvas and start painting with oil or custom brushes at 250-300 %, high pressure values, to cover the surface quickly.
