No thumbnail previews for .ptg files

Hey folks, I posted about this issue earlier but I wasn't able to resolve it.

Thumbnails don't show up for ptg files (every other image type works) either in file explorer or in the open menu in AR.

Troubleshooting steps:

I did a fresh install, reassociated ptg files to artrage and no other program is trying to associate itself with ptg files.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm terrible at naming files and there are a LOT of them.

Did you ever solve this problem? I didn’t want to trawl through and name mine. Plus some are saved at different stages.
