"Experimental" and a Tick-box ?

Anybody else noticed this hiding at the bottom of the Advanced Preferences tab I AR6:confused:
Not sure what it does yet but it makes a funny noise when you click it.

Anybody else found these? Looks like they are to do with the “Experimental” check-box.
