Hello all..

New to the forum, new to Artrage and new to painting :)

I decided to give digital art a go and am really enjoying Artrage. I thought I'd post a couple of my first practice attempts if only to show the marked evolution in my efforts from attempt 1 to attempt 2 as I learnt a bit about using Artrage.. these were painted this week.

I found a discarded pumpkin at the side of the road and decided that I would use a reference photo of this to practice on..

Welcome to the forum. Your pumpkin 'find' is interesting. I especially like your color
choices, also your brush strokes showing light reflections.
Yes, artrage is fun and you have certainly shown a great beginning. Keep it up.

Thanks for the comment. The highlights are certainly the challenge for me.. to give the impression of the wet surface.
