Spray variation problems (for color)

I am using a sticker spray on a painting. I can't get the color to come out right. All I want is the color I picked on the color wheel and I'm getting other colors mixed in. I've been fiddling around with the Spray variation values but can't seem to get it right. Can you help with this? ~Thanks.

Hello pslane,
It sounds like it might be a Hue variation setting?
Would it be possible for you to post some screenshots or a screen recording of what you are seeing? Settings v results, that sort of thing.
