I think this is a Retina related problem (or possibly with any screen with high pixel density?) but the control handles when using the transform Tool are almost too small to see!
Similarly the stroke ring of the Outline Cursor is only 1px wide at best. Not so bad when over flat dark colours but over anything light and or textured it is really hard to see now compared to AR5.
Edit: Oh, and the selection "marching ants" are also to thin and hard to see.
