OK, I give in! What dose/should it do? Changing it seems to have no discernible effect on my brush strokes.:confused:

That was a mistake of mine. I was testing some prototype code with the watercolour and neglected to remove the control and some of the prototyping code. (I'm constantly trying out new ways of working with our tools).
Anyway, the next build will no longer have that control or the code that was slowing the watercolour down.
