I really want to learn painting .. but i'm bad at it. Will I ever learn to be a good artist?

Since you really want to learn to paint, then you will with constant practice. And be sure to study paintings you admire while maintaining your own style. As for this effort, you have some interesting textures here in a bold approach. Keep painting.
