How well does Artrage work on an Acer Switch 3 or 5?

If anybody out there has one of these models, how well does Artrage perform? I don't have the budget for a Surface or similar, so these Acer models (preferably the Switch 3 with either a Celeron N3350 or Pentium N4200) seem to be the most fitting for my budget. Do paint strokes follow the pen right away or is there a lag?

I don’t have Acer, but I do have a Dell Latitute 2-in-1 mobile laptop. It is very laggy with the stylus, and the screen is so slippery that I can barely draw a straight line.
