Level bar blocked

Since yesterday the level bar is locked and I can not reduce it, the buttons below it have also disappeared.

I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but it always stays that way.

Hi there! To reset all of your panel positions, go to Edit -> ArtRage Preferences. Open the 'Panels' section and click the 'reset panel positions' button.

Then close and relaunch ArtRage when prompted as this will update your settings file.
