Hi all, it's been a long time. I thought I would attempt to paint our old barn.

Hey, Alexandra. You haven't lost your touch with painting. The technique is new for you. I love the feel and look, not to mention it rather suggests you have some very cool things in your yard to paint. Your very own barn. Fantastic.

The mood of your painting is interesting to me. It really gives the feeling of outlying, unhurried space like one could walk around and putter or just breathe. Has a dreamy quality. Reminds me of times in my younger days when I was traveling around the States.

Good re-entry into the forums. Can't wait to see more. You were missed.
