Yes, you can.

First you need to find the preset on your Toshiba. Select the tool. Open the Presets > top right menu arrow > Tool Presets folder. Find the INK.prs file and copy it to the Lenovo.

Then open the same folder on Lenovo and copy the INK.prs file into it.
