Rearly was not pleased with how this turn out. For some reason I could not get it to look like the ref image. For some reason every one likes it especially the person I did it for. Compared to other paintings it is not one of my better works. It ia as the saying goes you are your own worst critic.

I like your painted version. I like the clarity and the feeling of thick vegetation. I would guess the deer would think it bliss.
