Brush rotating when canvas is rotated

I noticed that when the canvas is turned, the brush rotates during drawing.
Is this normal or is it a problem with tablet drivers?

And vice versa the brush does not rotate when canvas angle is 0 degree.

The oil brush should rotate when you tilt the stylus no matter what rotation the canvas is, so if it is not rotating at all that may be an issue.

Does tilting do anything with a 0 degree canvas?

Can you check your tool settings and let me know what they are set to?
What edition of ArtRage? What operating system?
Have you changed anything in the Stylus Properties? (the menu from the top right of Settings) - if that's in your edition?
What tablet/drawing device are you using?

Аs it turned out my tablet/drawing device does not feature pen tilt or rotation recognition so the behavior described in the start post was produced by wrong settings in the `input device` section and after reseting it to default settings the oil brush does not rotate with rotated canvas anymore.
