IOS Export Problem

Hey folks

I use an ipad 2 with Artrage and have failed at least three times now to export my sketch as a png. I send the export to outlook, no problems there, but when I go to download the image onto my desktop it's not importing as png. File type is just described as 'File' and it wont open.

Any ideas?

Is there an extension on it? Sometimes iOS cuts the extension off for some reason and leaves it as 'mystery file'. Try renaming it and manually adding '.png' to the end and see if that fixes it?

Wonderful, I'm glad to hear it. It's an annoying little error that pops up when exporting between apps and emailing files sometimes.
