I am new in artRage but I must tell it is great, that red light on the edges is perfect for contrast. :) Is it everything with oil brush or something more?

Yes it is mainly with the oil brush with a sticker spray splatter brush over the top, and welcome to the forum :)

Buffy, beautiful use of color and brush stroke.
The oil brush is my favorite too. The intense
eyes grab one's attention.
