ArtRage5 - import preferences?

Since ArtRage5 installs to it's own directory, is there any way to export ArtRage 4.5 preferences and keybindings to bring them over?

Yes you should be able to;
In AR4.5 open the AR Key Comands window and click on the Menu icon, top right corner of the window to get a popup menu. There you can choose to Export the settings.
In AR5 open the same window there and this time choose Import. Navigate to the where you saved the exported AR4 file.
You will need to restart AR5 for the changes to take effect.
