Hi,

I have just bought Artrage 5 and I find it absolutely fabulous! I enjoy discovering all these new options!

Is it possible to put different brushes and presets on a single "dab" (I don't know if the word is appropriate). Ex. : I choose 2 oil brushes and 2 Water brushes. I would like them to be displayed together. Perhaps, it's not new, I don't remember...

Thank you very much to the Artrage team for their outstanding work. :)

Not really. You can create custom dab shapes and effects using the Custom Brush or the Sticker Spray, but it doesn't sound like that's what you're after.

For example, you could make your marks manually, then import that pattern as a grain or head to the Custom Brush.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

To be clearer, I would like to say that for each paintinting we select particular brushes and presets. The easiest thing is to keep the tools in the same place... To scratch this or that.

Here is an example.

Thank you in advance. :)

Hello Claudine, good to see you around here again:)
Posting on forums in a different language to your own is always tricky! When you wrote "dab" did you actually mean "tab"?
If you meant "tab" and looking at your last post, it seems to me that what you are looking for is a way to collect all the different tools you are using in a painting into one place. Yes?
This can easily be done in AR5 (and AR4.5 too) by adding any tool preset you want to a Toolbox.
Right Click on any tool Preset and choose ‘Add To Toolbox’
The Toolbox panel can be found by going to; Menu-bar > View > Toolbox Panel.
Toolboxes can also be saved and exported for future use in other paintings.
You can find more about Toolboxes in the ArtRage 4.5 manual on page 120.
Or online here: https://www.artrage.com/?s=toolbox

Thank you! It's absolutely what I was looking for. Yes, it was really a dab.

Thanks to your indications I found a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL_MnABfpkQ&ab_channel=AbbaStudios). Great!

I hope my health will improve, I would be happy to paint and create again.

Last thing: I simply fail to update my signature. Could you remember me how to go about it.

A thousand thanks again, Mr Markw, and I hope to read you soon! :)
