AR5 Adjust Layer Colors?

I can't find the controls to adjust layer colors.
In AR4 it was under the edit menu.

It has been moved to the Filters folder, along with Warp, Noise, Blur and so on. Go to Edit > Filters to access it or press Ctrl + J.
