New to the program. New to this site. Here is my first attempt.
It was fun. Still learning the program, but decided to play anyway. :D
Added the letters in Photoshop and adjusted the levels too to darken it.
Hope that is permitted.

Excellent start gzairborne, yes you are allowed to use other programmes to enhance your work. Althought ArtRage is a great piece of software, there are still a lot of things it cannot do.

Welcome to this site friend and lets see more of your work. Brian :D

Thank you both for the warm welcome! Well, I am exploring the program as you can see. Wish I had a style like Brian..He should teach! but it is kind of fun to just play, which I am doing for now. Or maybe always. lol

Well, Florida girl when you start that business up don't forget my royalty check. lol
Thank you for the welcome!

Where's the wonderful little quick-sketch of the fields that you did with the felt pen technique, hmmmmm?

Hey KD,

It is over in another thread called Lake and Land where D helped me with a critique on the fish, I couldn't delete it over there because the comments would then make no sense. But I guess I could add it here to get the gallery thing going. Here ya go.

Thank you, GZ.

I just simply like this sketch.

I think it reminds me watching the countryside roll by for hours on end when I used to drive.

Thanks KD! Exactly, I was going for the truck driving crowd. :) But I know what you mean it looks like about 50% of America. Lots of scenes like that in WA. Particularly in the Palouse with its rolling wheat fields and rolling clouds. lol Thanks Brian. Thank you for stopping by. And for the encouragement.

Searched for koalas found a photo and then added a little humor. It was just going to be an avatar. Turned into a painting project.
