outside fills

Is there a way to use an outside fill in ArtRage? Like, in my hard drive files I have tons of fills/background/texture/wallpapers, etc. I would love to be able to use them in ArtRage.

Yes, absolutely! There are four different ways, offhand.

1. Copy/import as a background layer (will be a flat paint layer)

2. Import as a canvas grain (will be a texture) and/or pattern (will be a canvas colour that won't affect paint)

3. Import as a Pattern Fill (fill tool - will use the imported image as a repeating pattern of paint)

4. Import as a stencil (lets you add your own paint to the pattern/texture)

Yes! Seems like I had done #3 before and forgot doing it. Thank you and I will experiment with them all.
