Overall very cool. My eye is grabbed and riveted by the saw tooth mountain range against the light sky. And it's hard to extricate myself from looking there. I think what happened is that your intellect took over in populating the picture with what should be there logically. Mountains. But does that help the picture or not, and if that kind of shape is there, what has to be going on elsewhere to create a balance or integration.

I like the way you worked everything else. It's an intriguing approach. It's like Godzilla just stepped into the WWF ring where the humans are performing their weekly martial dance re-enactment. Kinda hard not to get upstaged by the giant jaw with all those formidable teeth.

As to the character of the painterly swashing around -- it's brilliant! I just have issues with the composition.

Of what it is like to live at the base of a mountain. So majestic and these towns are often cute little shops and ski resorts!

... and the smell of pinetrees and resin indeed while breathing deeply (with full lungs we idiomatically say).
No doubt on what You convey and we perceive in full with all our senses. More embracing than a sloppy traditional mountainscape at dawn.

:cool::cool::cool::cool::):):):):):coo l::cool::cool::cool: thank you for your analysis, and I tried to soften the sawtooth effect but I did want to retain the abstract quality, maybe a near miss on that. :):):cool:
