A summary of some of the most frequently asked questions and problems for iPad and iPhone users.

How to I buy and install ArtRage for the iPad/iPhone?
All purchases of iOS apps are made through iTunes. You cannot install ArtRage 4 on an iPad. Open the App Store on your device and search for 'ArtRage' to buy and download the app.
The iPhone app is a separate, smaller app. You can run it on an iPad as well.

How do I register/upgrade the iPad app?
You don't. Your purchase is registered automatically to your iTunes App Store account, and updates will be automatically downloaded (unless you turn this feature off in the iPad Settings).

The iPad app has a maximum resolution of 2048 x 2048 pixels, but there are a couple of ways to transform your paintings into larger sizes for printing.

Almost all problems in the iPad app are caused by low memory. If you are seeing strange behaviour, crashes, error messages, problems exporting, problems drawing, and other difficulties on the iPad App, then you should first try closing all your parked apps.

The ArtRage Mobile apps don't support touch based canvas rotation, as there are other ways to rotate the canvas.
