Stark expression, reminding me of some of the photo portraits by Richard Avedon.

Really well painted.

Thank you very much for the kind words, amigos. Here's another image with two well-intentioned beings. I love Clutter Brush. And Chain, when I get it set up like I want.

Wow. Hey, I have a suggestion since you're adding new content as you go, you may want to change the name of this thread so people know there's new stuff all the time and it's not just Bill Murray. Just a thought.

As to this latest painting, it's great. You have the skills and know how to stage and layer atmospherically and use lighting to great effect. Has the strength and sense of really well done comics and graphic novels, not to mention animation.

Love the array of silly stuff on the beast, especially the fez. :D:D:D The guy with the torch is certainly a focal point in this shot for obvious reasons. Because of his mysterious, almost arcane brotherhood kind of vibe, it's really interesting to have this humorous beast lumbering along behind him. On one hand the beast seems like a beast of burden, but he also seems very sentient and a real character in his own right, with humor and personality and a key player in the whole business because he wears a fez. And he may belong to a brotherhood of his own -- a Shriner, and they're off to a convention or lodge meeting. ;):D:D

So it's intriguing and it begs the question as to how they relate in your tale and what could that tale be.

Very fine work.

Thank you very much for the kind words, everyone. I really appreciate it. I'm having a rotten time right now, medical issues, and painting helps. Here's an old one with goofy composition.

They're marvellously and unconventionally weird, I'd say. The sauropodes with a fez and some sort of enlighted sentry-box, office on his back is sheer genius!
